Abby is responsible for and maintaining the new enquiry function at the firm.
Her duties include: ensuring potential clients contacting the firm receive a ‘best in class’ service; efficiently identifying and understanding clients’ needs; operating as an effective front-of-house for the firm; taking and handling new enquiries; liaising with legal teams in the allocation of new clients; and following-up new opportunities with a view to converting those into new matters.
Her well-rounded knowledge of the industry proves invaluable when dealing with the diverse needs of clients in her role.
