About Jemma
Jemma joined the firm in December 2025 and is a valuable member of the conveyancing and commercial property team. She qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in April 2022.
Jemma handles a wide range of residential property matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold and shared ownership transactions, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build plots. She also works on aspects of commercial property transactions, including leases.
