As Recruitment Manager, Kyall is responsible for attracting, recruiting and onboarding talented professionals across the firm. Working closely with department heads and senior management, he ensures Burgh Thorpe Solicitors continues to recruit individuals who not only possess exceptional technical ability but also share the firm’s values, culture and commitment to outstanding client service.
He manages the entire recruitment process, coordinates interviews, negotiates offers and oversees the onboarding of new employees. He plays a key role in supporting the firm’s continued growth and is committed to providing an excellent candidate experience while building high-performing teams.
