About Laura
Laura joined the firm from a leading national conveyancing practice bringing a wealth of experience in residential conveyancing.
As the firm’s Head of Learning & Development, Laura is responsible for driving the training, development, and continuous improvement of the legal team. Her role includes delivering legal updates and research for colleagues, designing and implementing training programmes, and supporting professional development across the firm. She also leads on the development, maintenance, and regular review of precedents, templates, and standard forms for conveyancing transactions, ensuring they reflect current best practice and legal requirements. In addition, Laura supports regulatory compliance and works closely with teams to analyse existing workflows, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, consistency, and accuracy.
She is an asset to the firm, bridging the gap between legal expertise and operational efficiency, ensuring the firm is not only compliant but also competitive in the market.
