Sarah is the Commercial Director at Burgh Thorpe Solicitors, responsible for driving the firm’s commercial strategy, operational performance, and sustainable growth.
Working closely with the leadership team, Sarah focuses on strengthening business performance across all areas of the firm. Her role includes overseeing strategic planning, business development, operational efficiency, and client experience, ensuring that the firm’s commercial objectives align with its commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.
Sarah works collaboratively with department heads to identify opportunities for growth, improve processes, enhance the client journey, and support the continued development of the firm’s people. She also plays a key role in building and maintaining relationships with estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers, and other professional introducers, helping to expand Burgh Thorpe Solicitors’ network and reputation.
With a strong commercial mindset and a passion for continuous improvement, Sarah is committed to supporting innovation, driving efficiency, and ensuring the firm continues to provide an outstanding service to clients while achieving its ambitious growth plans.
